Product Description

Aluminum Chlorohydrate (ACH) CAS:12042-91-0 is a high polymerization solution of polyaluminum chloride. It is characterized by having the highest aluminum content of 23% Al2O3 (w/w) among any solution based aluminum products on the market. ACH with a basicity of 83% -90% is also the highest among any solution based aluminum salt. Salinity (alkalinity) refers to the degree of acid neutralization and also represents the degree of polymerization of polyaluminum in ACH. The salt base of polyaluminum chloride is only 35-67%, and the highest is only 75%.

The highly polymerized aluminum in ACH has a higher cationic charge than standard salts such as alum or polyaluminum chloride, and even other aluminum salt products. Therefore, ACH can provide higher levels of performance and reduce overall usage. The high acid neutralization ability (alkalinity) also means that the influence of water environment pH can be ignored when applying ACH. Compared with traditional metal salts and low basicity polyaluminum chloride, Aluminum Chlorohydrate (ACH) CAS:12042-91-0 can also effectively aggregate in a wider pH range (such as 5-9.5).
